How to book.

 
  1. Email

 

Please email hello@wellflow.ca to learn more about availability. You will either be offered some upcoming appointment times, be added to the waitlist or asked to check back another time. You can view updates on our Homepage.

 

2. Access

 

A Jane account will be created for you if you are booking a first session. This confidential online platform allows you to easily see your providers availability, book/cancel/reschedule sessions, update your payment information, and view your receipts. You can access your Jane account by going to https://wellflow.janeapp.com.

 

3. Book

 

Once your first session is booked, you can book subsequent sessions either online or with your provider at the end of your session. Complimentary initial consultations are not offered.

Please complete the Intake Form that will be emailed to you through your Wellflow Jane account before your session. Once this has been completed you will be sent a Zoom link to use for each session.

How to prepare for your first session.

 

It is normal to feel a little nervous before your first session because it is not every day that we meet someone new and them about our personal story! Please keep in mind that we will discuss confidentiality and address any concerns that you may have in detail at the beginning of our session.

It is important for each client attending the first session to fill out the online Intake Form that is emailed out beforehand. This allows us to understand more about what led you to us and how we may add value for you. Some clients find it helpful to write down a list of their symptoms and issues, as well as some goals that they would like to work on. If you have been for psychotherapy/coaching before, then think about what was helpful or not helpful the last time you attended. This information can assist us to develop a plan that is more likely to be effective. If you have never been for psychotherapy/coaching then you can pat yourself on the back for having the courage to take one step closer to achieving your goals.

We value your feedback first and foremost. If you are not satisfied with the service that was provided then please respectfully let your practitioner know and they will do their best to work with you to address your needs. We are committed to providing you with an excellent service that helps you to develop a greater sense of health and wellbeing in your life.
